研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探讨夜间行急诊剖宫产的孕妇，术中寒战发生率是否高于白天。 2. 次要目的：对相关因素进行分析，为降低围术期孕妇寒战发生，优化围术期护理提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective:?? This study aimed to determine whether the incidence of intraoperative shivering in parturients undergoing emergency cesarean delivery was higher during nighttime operations compared to daytime operations.??Secondary Objective:?? A further aim was to analyze the contributing factors to provide insights for refining perioperative management strategies and minimizing shivering in this patient population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.急诊剖宫产；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.ASA分级Ⅱ或Ⅲ级；
4.麻醉方式为蛛网膜下腔麻醉；
5.研究参与者知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1.Emergency cesarean delivery; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II or III; 4.Spinal anesthesia as the primary anesthetic technique; 5.Provision of informed consent;

排除标准：

1.参与者同时参加其他研究项目；
2.抽搐、癫痫病史；
3.精神性疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Concurrent participation in any other clinical trial;
2.History of convulsions or epilepsy;
3.Presence of psychiatric disorders;
