研究目的：

推动智慧康复护理路径在临床护理中的广泛应用，提高患者康复效果和护理质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To facilitate the widespread clinical adoption of an intelligent rehabilitation-nursing pathway and thereby enhance patients’ functional recovery and the overall quality of nursing care

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①符合轻中度PFD（I-II度）的诊断标准，经妇科医生确认； ②年龄≥18岁； ③无严重合并症，如心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤等； ④能理解并愿意参与本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed diagnosis of mild-to-moderate pelvic-floor dysfunction (PFD grade I–II) by a gynaecologist; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. No severe comorbidities such as cardio-cerebrovascular disease or malignant tumours; 4. Able to understand the study and willing to participate, with signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①患者已接受过相关盆底手术； ②合并其他严重盆底疾病（如重度尿失禁、盆腔恶性肿瘤等）； ③存在认知障碍或精神疾病，无法配合研究； ④妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous pelvic-floor surgery 2. Concomitant severe pelvic disease (e.g., grade-III/IV urinary incontinence, pelvic malignancy) 3. Cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorder precluding cooperation 4. Current pregnancy

Upon study completion, the original (de-identified) individual participant data can be shared. All source records are accessible through the Smart Pelvic-Floor Electronic Medical Record System.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过多种渠道（如智慧盆底信息平台临床记录、问卷调查、患者访谈等）全面收集盆底肌力、生活质量、依从性、满意度等关键数据。 （1）采用“诊疗工作站”和“电子病历系统”同步进行记录每位患者的治疗数据，确保信息完整性和安全性； （2）通过问卷调查分别记录患者的生质量评分、依从性评分、心理状态评分及满意度等； （3）通过“女性健康服务在线”记录患者居家训练数据情况； （4）通过“随访预约系统”及患者访谈记录患者每次随访的康复进展、训练完成情况及反馈意见； （5）所有数据进行双人核对，使用 SPSS 软件进行统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be captured comprehensively through multiple secure channels: 1. Clinical data: pelvic-floor muscle strength and treatment details entered simultaneously into the Smart Pelvic-Floor Information Platform and the hospital’s electronic medical record system to ensure completeness and security. 2. Patient-reported outcomes: validated questionnaires administered at baseline and prespecified time-points to obtain quality-of-life, compliance, psychological-status and satisfaction scores. 3. Home-training data: uploaded by patients via the "Women’s Health Service Online" mobile interface. 4. Follow-up data: rehabilitation progress, training completion and feedback documented through the appointment-scheduling system and structured patient interviews. 5. Data integrity: all entries will be double-checked by two independent researchers; analyses will be performed with SPSS statistical software.
