研究目的：

通过分析代谢综合征人群的菌群特征初步探索肠道微生态在代谢综合征发生发展中的作用，进一步筛选早期无创生物标志，并通过生活方式、微生态干预等措施，寻找一套有效的代谢综合征人群治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

By analyzing the microbial characteristics of the metabolic syndrome population, we initially explore the role of the intestinal microecology in the occurrence and development of metabolic syndrome. We further screen early non-invasive biomarkers and, through measures such as lifestyle and microecological intervention, seek an effective treatment method for the metabolic syndrome population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄在18-65周岁间，性别不限 2、签署知情同意书 3、符合代谢综合征诊断标准（参考国际糖尿病联盟IDF 2005）

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18 - 65 years old, gender not restricted 2. Sign the informed consent form 3. Those meeting the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome (refer to the International Diabetes Federation IDF 2005)

排除标准：

1、存在严重心、肝、肾功能障碍、恶性肿瘤等疾病者。 2、近4周曾服用可改变肠道微生态及机体代谢的药物如抗生素、抗病毒药、益生菌相关制剂、细胞毒性药物、激素等。 3、4周内曾或正在参加其他临床研究者。 4、患有炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、慢性腹泻等消化系统疾病者。 5、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。 6、不稳定的饮食史，定义为近一个月饮食的重大变化，包括受试者减少或显著增加饮食中的主要食物组。 7、长期大量饮酒史。 8、研究者认为其存在其他不适合纳入本研究的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with severe disorders of the heart, liver and kidneys, or malignant tumors. 2. Those who have taken drugs that can alter the intestinal microecology and body metabolism within the last 4 weeks, such as antibiotics, antiviral drugs, probiotic-related preparations, cytotoxic drugs, hormones, etc. 3. Those who have participated in other clinical studies within the last 4 weeks or are currently participating in such studies. 4. Those with digestive system diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic diarrhea, etc. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Those with an unstable dietary history, defined as significant changes in diet within the last month, including a reduction or significant increase in the main food groups in the diet of the subjects. 7. Those with a long-term and heavy drinking history. 8. The researchers consider that they have other conditions that make them unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
