研究目的：

我们拟开展一项中国有2000位病人参加的医学研究计划。本计划是根据前期研究基础上，深入探讨突发性聋患者临床特征和预后。研究的实施将有助于进一步揭示影响突发性聋临床特征和预后的相关因素，为突发性聋提供新的诊疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

We plan to launch a medical research project involving 2,000 patients in China. This project is based on previous research and aims to deeply explore the clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients with sudden deafness. The implementation of this research will help further reveal the relevant factors that affect the clinical characteristics and prognosis of sudden deafness, and provide new diagnostic and treatment strategies for sudden deafness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首次发病，病程≤2周；（2）年龄18~70岁；（3）无血液、免疫系统相关疾病，排除蜗后病变、中耳病变、听神经瘤、遗传因素及其他致病因素；（4）无糖皮质激素使用禁忌；（5）非妊娠期妇女；（6）入院前未接受治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1.First onset, disease duration<= 2 weeks; 2. Age 18 - 70 years old; 3.No blood or immune system-related diseases, excluding posterior cochlear lesions, middle ear lesions, acoustic neuroma, genetic factors and other pathogenic factors; 4. No contraindications to glucocorticoid use; 5. Non-pregnant women; 6. No treatment before admission.
