研究目的：

探讨服用咪达唑仑口服液术前镇静在自闭症患儿全麻下口腔疾病治疗中的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of midazolam oral solution in the treatment of oral diseases under general anesthesia in children with autism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄2~14岁，性别不限； 2.ASA 1~2级； 3.BMI 18.5~23.9 kg/m^2； 4.需要在全麻下进行择期口腔疾病治疗，且手术时间< 3 h； 5.术前明确诊断患有自闭症。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 2-14 years, with either gender; 2. ASA I-II grade; 3. BMI 18.5~23.9 kg/m^2; 4. Oral disease treatment was selected under general anesthesia, and the operation time was less than 3 h; 5. Suffered from autism.

排除标准：

1.对研究药物过敏； 2.患儿拒绝服用研究药物； 3.合并严重心肺及肝肾功能障碍； 4.合并胃肠功能紊乱影响药物吸收； 5.服用细胞色素P450 3A4抑制剂（如克拉霉素）或诱导剂（如苯巴比妥）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to the study drug; 2. Refused to take the study drug; 3. Combined with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction affecting drug absorption; 5. Take cytochrome P450 3A4 inhibitors (e.g., Clarithromycin) or inducers (e.g., Phenobarbital).
