研究目的：

通过多中心回顾性队列研究，系统评估双主动脉插管技术(DAC)与深低温停循环(DHCA)及选择性顺行脑灌注(SACP)相比，在新生儿及婴儿主动脉弓重建手术中的有效性与安全性，为DAC技术的临床应用提供循证医学证据，促进技术标准化，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of dual aortic cannulation (DAC) compared to deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA) and selective antegrade cerebral perfusion (SACP) in neonatal and infant aortic arch reconstruction through a multicenter retrospective cohort study, providing evidence-based medical evidence for the clinical application of DAC technology, promoting technical standardization, and improving patient outcomes.

不适用（本研究为观察性研究，比较不同体外循环灌注策略，非药物干预研究） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

N/A (This is an observational study comparing different cardiopulmonary bypass perfusion strategies, not a drug intervention study) 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄为0至11+个月； (2) 接受体外循环下主动脉弓重建手术；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age of 0 to 11+ months; (2) Aortic arch reconstruction under cardiopulmonary bypass;

排除标准：

(1) 术中灌注策略记录缺失，无法判断灌注策略； (2) 术前存在神经系统并发症； (3) 既往心脏手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The intraoperative perfusion strategy records were missing, and the perfusion strategy could not be judged. (2) Preoperative neurological complications; (3) Previous cardiac surgery history.
