研究目的：

探讨基于眼动追踪的计算机辅助认知训练对智力发育障碍（IDD）儿童认知功能的康复效果，为IDD儿童临床康复方案提供理论和试验支持；同时明确其对IDD儿童眼球运动的影响，为IDD儿童异常眼球运动的康复提供可能的理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the rehabilitation effect of computer-assisted cognitive training based on eye tracking on cognitive function of children with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD), and to provide theoretical and experimental support for clinical rehabilitation programs for children with IDD. Rehabilitation of abnormal eye movements in children with IDD provides a possible theoretical basis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本课题拟以IDD儿童为研究对象，使用基于眼动追踪的计算机辅助认知训练作为干预手段，运用Tobii pro spectrum 1200Hz眼球运动分析仪，采集眼动持续时间、眼动频率、眼跳时间等指标，从而观察25min/次，3次/周，共8周干预的干预前、后IDD儿童多个认知维度的改变以及眼球运动的改变，并探讨认知功能、注意力功能改变与眼球运动变化之间的内在关联。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This project intends to take IDD children as the research object, using computer-aided cognitive training based on eye tracking as an intervention method, and using Tobii pro spectrum 1200Hz eye movement analyzer to collect eye movement duration, eye movement frequency, saccade time and other indicators , so as to observe the changes of multiple cognitive dimensions and eye movement in IDD children before and after the intervention of 25min/time, 3 times/week for a total of 8 weeks, and to explore the changes of cognitive function, attention function and eye movement internal relationship between them. 

纳入标准：

1. 符合《DSM-5》中智力发育障碍（IDD）及自闭症（ASD）的诊断标准；
2. 年龄在4-12岁之间；
3. 韦氏幼儿/儿童智力量表总分（FSIQ）得分：FSIQ＜70分；
4. Conners儿童行为父母用评定量表报告儿童的注意因子异常；
5. 视力正常或矫正至正常；
6. 儿童及监护人自愿参加本研究，监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD) and Autism (ASD) in DSM-5;
2. Age between 4-12 years old;
3. The total score of Wechsler Infant/Child Intelligence Scale (FSIQ): FSI < 70 points;
4. Conners Children's Behavior Parents use the Rating Scale to report children's attention factor abnormalities;
5. Normal or corrected to normal vision;
6. Children and their guardians voluntarily participate in this study, and the guardians sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 各种脑部、躯干的急性、严重性、感染性、传染性、出血性疾病或内脏功能不全者；
2. 显著未矫正视力或听力问题等听觉或阅读障碍影响训练和评估者；
3. 在尝试使用4次后仍无法成功跟踪到眼动运动轨迹；
4. 近两周内服用过抗抑郁药，抗焦虑药，催眠药等影响认知药物；
5. 不能听指令且配合度差致使无法完成评估和训练者；
6. 正在参加影响本研究结果的其它研究试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. All kinds of acute, severe, infectious, contagious, hemorrhagic diseases or visceral insufficiency of the brain and trunk;
2. Hearing or reading impairments such as significant uncorrected vision or hearing problems affect training and evaluation;
3. After trying to use it for 4 times, the eye movement trajectory cannot be successfully tracked;
4. Have taken antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, hypnotics and other drugs that affect cognition in the past two weeks;
5. Those who cannot follow instructions and have poor cooperation so that they cannot complete the assessment and training;
6. Those who are participating in other research experiments that affect the results of this study.

随机分组方案由一名课题组独立的统计人员编制。采用区组随机方法，应用 SPSS24.0 软件生成随机序列，设定种子数，设区组大小为 4，按照 1:1的比例随机分组。

盲法：

针对结局指标评估人员和数据分析人员进行设盲，产生的随机序列将使用不相关的字母A 和 B 来代表组别，并将随机序列的所有参数保存于密封、不透明的信封中。盲底由产生随机序列的统计人员负责保管，且其不再参与本试验后续的招募、干预、评估或统计分析的任何过程。 为保证试验的科学性，对受试者的结局评估由经过培训的专业人员进行。评估人员对受试者的分组不知情，并且不参与受试者后续的认知训练干预。数据统计分析人员只负责数据统计部分，不再参与本研究的招募、干预、评估等其他过程。

Blinding：

Blinded to outcome assessors and data analysts, the generated random series will use unrelated letters A and B to represent groups, and all parameters of the random series will be kept in a sealed, opaque envelope. Blind bottoms are kept by the statistician who generated the random sequence, and they are no longer involved in any subsequent recruitment, intervention, evaluation, or statistical analysis of this trial. To ensure the scientific nature of the trial, the outcome assessment of the subjects was carried out by trained professionals. The evaluators were blinded to the subjects' grouping and did not participate in the subjects' subsequent cognitive training interventions. The data statistics analysts are only responsible for the data statistics part, and no longer participate in the recruitment, intervention, evaluation and other processes of this study.
