研究目的：

本课题旨在通过脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者采用不同方案治疗的疗效对比，探讨运动想象疗法联合盆底磁刺激对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者膀胱功能恢复的影响。为神经源性膀胱功能障碍患者提供非侵入的新型康复方案，从而提高患者生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of motor imagery therapy combined with pelvic floor magnetic stimulation on bladder function recovery in patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury by comparing the efficacy of different treatment protocols. It seeks to provide patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction with a novel, non-invasive rehabilitation approach, thereby improving their quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断符合美国脊髓损伤协会制定的《脊髓损伤神经学分类国际标准》，并经脊髓影像学检查(CT或MRI)证实； 2.临床诊断确诊为神经源性膀胱的患者。 3.年龄18-70岁，性别不限；(以签署知情同意书当天为准) 4.脊髓休克期已过(球海绵体反射或深层肌腱反射出现)，ASIA分级为B~D级。 5.患者生命体征稳定，能够配合相关检查并耐受治疗。 6.无认知功能障碍，能够执行简单指令。 7.自愿加入本研究，患者及家属知情并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis meets the International Standards for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury established by the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA), and is confirmed by spinal imaging (CT or MRI); 2. Clinical diagnosis confirms neurogenic bladder. 3. Age 18-70 years, gender (no restriction) (as of the date of signing the informed consent form); 4. Past the spinal shock phase (presence of sacral reflexes, such as the bulbocavernosus reflex or deep tendon reflexes), with an ASIA Impairment Scale grade of B to D. 5. The patient is in stable condition with stable vital signs, able to cooperate with relevant examinations and tolerate the treatment. 6. No cognitive impairment, able to follow simple instructions. 7. Voluntary participation in this study, with the patient and their family informed and having signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重尿路感染以及肾脏损伤。 2.并发严重心、肝、肾等疾病。 3.患者依从性较差，无法配合不能完成治疗周期。 4.颅骨及骶尾部有金属植入物，心脏起搏器植入者。 5.不符合间歇导尿条件患者。 6.其他因素导致 NB 患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe urinary tract infection or renal impairment. 2. Patients complicated with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or other systemic diseases. 3. Patients with poor compliance who are unable to cooperate or complete the treatment cycle. 4. Patients with metal implants in the skull or sacrococcygeal region, or those with a cardiac pacemaker. 5. Patients who are unsuitable for intermittent catheterization. 6. Other factors contribute to the occurrence of NB.
