研究目的：

1.分析传统新生儿术后管理模式对不良事件的影响。 2.分析与传统模式相比，基于新生儿病房围术期整合管理模式是否具有一定优势  

Objectives of Study：

1.Analyze the impact of traditional neonatal postoperative management models on adverse events. 2. Analyze whether the perioperative integrated management model based on neonatal wards has certain advantages compared to traditional models.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2019年11月至2023年12月期间在四川大学华西第二医院行非心脏手术的新生儿。 2.2015年1月至2024年12月在四川大学华西医院行非心脏手术的新生儿。 3.入住新生儿病房并在手术排程上出现的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

1.Newborns who underwent non cardiac surgery at West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University between November 2019 and December 2023. 2.Newborns who underwent non cardiac surgery at West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2015 to December 2024. 3.Newborns admitted to the neonatal ward and appearing on the surgical schedule.

排除标准：

1.生后天数>28天。 2.入院前已在外院接受手术治疗。 3.未进行手术治疗。 4.未完成治疗疗程的新生儿。 5.非同一组专职新生儿外科医师实施手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Postnatal days>28 days. 2.Received surgical treatment in an external hospital before admission. 3.Not undergoing surgical treatment. 4.Newborns who have not completed the treatment course. 5.Surgery performed by non same group of dedicated neonatal surgeons.
