研究目的：

1. 评估AI健康教育计划对老年HNC患者心理健康（焦虑、抑郁）的干预效果（主要结局）。 2. 探索AI健康教育计划对老年HNC患者生活质量的影响（次要结局）。 3. 比较AI干预与传统护理（短信信息）的长期效果差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the intervention effect of the AI health education program on the mental health (anxiety and depression) of elderly HNC patients (primary outcome). 2. To explore the impact of the AI health education program on the quality of life of elderly HNC patients (secondary outcome). 3. To compare the long-term effect differences between AI intervention and traditional nursing (text message information).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.确诊HNC 并接受手术治疗； 3.PHQ-9>=5分或 GAD-7>=5 分； 4.知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 60 years old; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of HNC and receiving surgical treatment; 3. PHQ-9 >= 5 points or GAD-7 >=5 points; 4. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重认知障碍； 2.合并其他终末期疾病； 3.无法使用智能设备。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive impairment; 2. Complicated with other end-stage diseases; 3. Inability to use smart devices.
