研究目的：

主要目的为研究耳内镜下鼓膜加固联合咽鼓管口填塞手术对咽鼓管异常开放症的治疗效果及并发症，次要目的为研究可用于诊断咽鼓管异常开放症的辅助检查手段，影像学结果对咽鼓管异常开放症的诊断作用，探索性目的为探讨咽鼓管异常开放的危险因素与疗效预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy and complications of transcanal endoscopic tympanic membrane reinforcement and eustachian tube occlusion combination for treating patulous eustachian tube(PET). The secondary objective is to identify objective examination for PET and assess the diagnostic value of imaging findings. The exploratory purpose aims to investigate the relationship between risk factors for PET and its clinical outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

暴露手术视野后，评估听骨链完整性和可动性、咽鼓管通畅性明确手术可行性，取耳屏软骨修剪为适合大小，分别将其用于咽鼓管部分填塞和鼓膜加固，最后回纳鼓膜，用海绵填塞术区。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

After surgical field exposure and assessment of ossicular chain integrity and mobility, along with evaluation of eustachian tube patency, the mucosa surrounding the tympanic orifice of the ET was meticulously cleared in preparation for cartilage implantation. Tragus cartilage served as the graft source for both Eustachian Tube occlusion and tympanic membrane reinforcement. 

纳入标准：

1. 诊断明确的咽鼓管异常开放症患者（根据JOS2018 年的诊断标准）。 2. 在我院耳鼻喉科行耳内镜下鼓膜加固联合咽鼓管填塞手术。 3. 在术后 1 个月、3 个月、6 个月定期随访，随访资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed as Definite PET according to criteria proposed by Japan Otological Society 2018. 2. Receive transcanal endoscopic tympanic membrane reinforcement and eustachian tube occlusion combination surgery in department of otolaryngology in Sun-Yat sen memorial hospital. 3. Followed up at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months postoperatively.

排除标准：

1. 手术前曾进行药物及其他治疗的患者。 2. 手术及随访期间参加另外一项临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Application of steroid or immunosuppressive drugs. 2. Participate in other clinical trials during surgery or follow-up.

Data collection for this study will be performed using electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs) within a compliant Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system.The final, locked, and analyzed study dataset will be archived securely within the Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital authorized electronic medical record and data management systems, from which data for sharing requests would be extracted and de-identified upon approval.
