研究目的：

基于前期收集的 2000 例样本构建 HIV 合并猴痘感染风险预测模型，本次研究拟再收集 600 例研究对象开展模型的外部验证，以检验其稳健性和泛化能力，从而实现对高风险个体的有效识别，并为制定个性化干预策略提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the previously collected 2,000 samples used to develop a predictive model for HIV and monkeypox coinfection risk, this study will collect an additional 600 participants to conduct external validation of the model. This validation aims to assess the model’s robustness and generalizability, thereby enabling effective identification of high-risk individuals and providing evidence to support the development of personalized intervention strategies.

纳入标准：

1.男性且年满18周岁； 2.最近6个月发生过男男性行为； 3.常住于被选择的六个现场（近6月内主要时间居住于当地）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Male and 18 years of age or older; 2.Has engaged in male-to-male sexual activity in the past 6 months; 3.Resides in one of the six selected locations (primarily resides locally in the past 6 months).

排除标准：

1.填写问卷时间少于300秒； 2.质控题回答错误； 3.IP显示地非该调查省市；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The questionnaire completion time is less than 300 seconds; 2. Incorrect answers to quality control questions; 3. IP address indicates a location outside the survey province or city.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据来源包括官方数据、临床数据库和多中心、大样本横断面研究数据。官方数据主要通过广泛查阅文献，充分利用我国中国艾滋病数据库平台以及我国疫情网络直报系统和哨点监测的数据，查阅《中国艾滋病疫情与防治工作进展》、《中国艾滋病防治联合评估报告》《中国艾滋病疫情估计工作报告》等重要文件获得。多中心数据的获取主要在政府疾控部门和非政府组织（NGO）的协助下进行。研究选取了全国六大地理分区的代表性地区，包括西北的新疆维吾尔自治区、东北的辽宁省、中西部的陕西省、西南的云南省、东南的广东省以及东部沿海的上海市作为调查现场，通过现场工作人员组织的问卷星线上调查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data sources include official data, clinical databases, and multicenter large-sample cross-sectional study data. Official data were primarily obtained through extensive literature review and full use of the national AIDS database platform, as well as data from China’s infectious disease reporting system and sentinel surveillance system. Key documents consulted included the China HIV/AIDS Epidemic and Prevention and Control Progress Report, the China Joint Assessment Report on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, and the China HIV/AIDS Epidemic Estimation Report. Multicenter data collection was conducted mainly with the support of government CDC departments and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Representative regions were selected from six major geographic divisions of the country, including Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in the Northwest, Liaoning Province in the Northeast, Shaanxi Province in the Central-West, Yunnan Province in the Southwest, Guangdong Province in the Southeast, and Shanghai Municipality along the eastern coast. Data were collected through an online survey administered via Questionnaire Star, organized by field staff at each site.
