研究目的：

为产后下背痛女性提供具体的、个性化的、长期有效的运动训练防治方案（动态神经肌肉稳定术DNS），提高产后女性腰椎稳定性及帮助盆底肌功能协同恢复。  

Objectives of Study：

To provide specific, personalized and long-term effective exercise training prevention and treatment plan (dynamic neuromuscular stabilization DNS) for women with postpartum low back pain, improve the stability of lumbar vertebrae and help the coordinated recovery of pelvic floor muscle function in postpartum women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20至40岁之间； 2.自然怀孕，单胎足月顺产或剖宫产产后6月内，子宫恢复良好； 3.不同严重程度非特异性下背痛，产妇孕前无腰痛腰突病史； 4.影像学检查未见明显异常，直腿抬高试验阴性； 5.自愿加入本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 20 and 40; 2. The uterus recovers well within 6 months after natural pregnancy, full-term spontaneous labor or cesarean section. 3. Nonspecific low back pain of different severity, and the maternal had no history of low back pain and lumbar process before pregnancy; 4. Imaging examination showed no obvious abnormalities, and straight leg elevation test was negative; 5. Voluntarily join the trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重产科并发症及怀孕等特殊情况； 2.神经系统疾病； 3.脊柱疾病或手术史； 4.严重盆底器官脱垂； 5.严重情绪障碍； 6.其他不适合运动及理疗的内科疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious obstetric complications and pregnancy and other special circumstances; 2. Nervous system diseases; 3. History of spinal disease or surgery; 4. Severe pelvic floor organ prolapse; 5. Severe emotional disorder; 6. Other medical diseases unsuitable for exercise and physiotherapy.
