研究目的:

本课题拟在前期研究的基础上,以申请人多年的研究积累为技术支撑,有效利用鼻咽癌VMAT 剂量学数据,围绕精准剂量验证为问题牵引,以创新的扩散模型网络为载体,构建超过1000 例鼻咽癌VMAT 剂量验证标准化数据库;拟通过对多模态数据背后的多尺度特征信息和剂量误差分布规律的分析,构建多模态异构数据特征提取与融合网络;并在此基础上,构建无监督扩散模型驱动的鼻咽癌VMAT 剂量验证预测模型,以期提高验证的精度和效率,筛选出个体化剂量验证评估指标,为临床提供一个新的剂量验证评估手段  

Objectives of Study:

Based on the previous research, this project aims to take the applicant's years of research accumulation as technical support, effectively utilize the VMAT dosimetric data of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, focus on precise dose verification as the problem driver, and use the innovative diffusion model network as the carrier to construct a standardized database for VMAT dose verification of over 1,000 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It is proposed to construct a feature extraction and fusion network for multimodal heterogeneous data by analyzing the multi-scale feature information and dose error distribution law behind multimodal data. On this basis, an unsupervised diffusion model-driven VMAT dose verification and prediction model for nasopharyngeal carcinoma is constructed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of verification, screen out individualized dose verification and evaluation indicators, and provide a new dose verification and evaluation method for clinical practice
