研究目的：

观察超声乳化联合LRI手术患者术前、术后眼表情况，以进一步了解两种不同手术方式对患者眼表及视觉质量的影响，更好地指导患者手术计划  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the preoperative and postoperative ocular surface conditions of patients undergoing phacoemulsification combined with LRI surgery, in order to further understand the influence of the two different surgical methods on the ocular surface and visual quality of patients, and to better guide the surgical plans of patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.白内障合并角膜中低度数散光患者； 2.年龄50 ~ 80岁； 3.术前检查泪膜破裂时间>=10秒，客观光学质量分析系统0.6<=TF-OSI < 1.2, Schirmer I试验>=5mm / 5min，角膜荧光染色阴性，国际标准眼表疾病指数(OSDI)评分<=12

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with cataract combined with moderate to low degree astigmatism of the cornea; 2. Age 50 to 80 years old; 3. Preoperative examination: Tear film break-up time >=10 seconds, objective optical quality analysis system 0.6<=TF-OSI < 1.2, Schirmer I test >=5mm / 5min, corneal fluorescence staining negative, International Standard Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) score <=12

排除标准：

1.中重度干眼症、糖尿病、青光眼、葡萄膜炎、眼部外伤、晶状体脱位、眼部手术史； 2.合并严重的全身原发性疾病； 3.严重的精神疾病无法配合随访； 4.研究者判断不适合参加研究的其他情况； 5.已入组但未完成临床方案规定的数值测定者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Moderate to severe dry eye syndrome, diabetes, glaucoma, uveitis, ocular trauma, lens dislocation, and history of ocular surgery; 2. Combined with severe systemic primary diseases; 3. Severe mental illness makes it impossible to cooperate with follow-up visits; 4. Other circumstances where the researcher deems it unsuitable to participate in the study; 5. Those who have been enrolled but have not completed the numerical measurement as stipulated in the clinical protocol
