研究目的：

通过创建围术期并发症数据库，开发并验证一种基于机器学习的列线图预测模型，旨在精确预测患者在围术期可能发生的各种并发症风险。通过整合消化道内镜手术老年患者术前、术中和术后的多模态数据，模型将能够提供个体化的风险评估，帮助临床医生在围术期管理中做出更为科学的决策。  

Objectives of Study：

By establishing a perioperative complication database, a machine learning-based nomogram prediction model will be developed and validated, aiming to accurately predict the risks of various complications that may occur in patients during the perioperative period. By integrating multimodal data of elderly patients undergoing digestive tract endoscopic surgery before, during, and after the operation, the model will be able to provide individualized risk assessments, assisting clinicians in making more scientific decisions in perioperative management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=65岁； 2. 实施消化道内镜手术（包括但不限于上消化道内镜手术、下消化道内镜手术、小肠内镜手术、胰胆管内镜手术等）； 3. ASA分级I~III级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures (including but not limited to upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, lower gastrointestinal endoscopy, small intestine endoscopy, and biliary and pancreatic duct endoscopy); 3. ASA classification I–III.

排除标准：

1.消化道内镜手术失败临时更改手术方式； 2.因患者强烈要求、合并明确的麻醉药过敏史等原因未实施麻醉.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Emergency conversion from endoscopic gastrointestinal surgery to alternative surgical approaches due to procedure failure; 2.Anesthesia was not administered due to strong patient preference, documented history of anesthesia drug allergy, or other contraindications.
