研究目的：

通过对MPP患儿肺泡灌洗液中的MP进行基因测序及相关基础实验（药敏试验、体外实验、动物试验），进一步明确MPP的发病机制、耐药机制，为临床诊疗提供研究思路与研究基础。  

Objectives of Study：

By conducting gene sequencing of MP in the alveolar lavage fluid of children with MPP and related basic experiments (drug sensitivity tests, in vitro experiments, animal tests), we aim to further clarify the pathogenesis and drug resistance mechanisms of MPP, providing research ideas and a foundation for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

纳入标准： （1）符合支气管镜肺泡灌洗术指征，并按照《中国儿科可弯曲支气管镜指南2018版》专家共识进行实施。 （2）MPP患儿肺泡灌洗液MP DNA阳性 （3）MPP患儿肺泡灌洗液MP tNGS结果有检出序列 （4）MPP患儿血液MP IgM抗体阳性 满足（1）和（2）、（3）、（4）三条标准中任意一条即符合纳入标准。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the indications for bronchoalveolar lavage, performed in accordance with the "2018 Chinese Pediatric Flexible Bronchoscopy Guidelines" expert consensus. (2) Positive MP DNA in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of children with MPP. (3) Detection of MP sequences in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of children with MPP through tNGS (transcriptional next-generation sequencing). (4) Positive MP IgM antibody in the blood of children with MPP. Meeting any one of the three criteria (2), (3), or (4), in addition to criterion (1), is sufficient for inclusion in the study.

排除标准：

排除标准： （1）有心力衰竭、严重心律失常，重度肺功能不全及急性呼吸衰竭等支气管镜灌洗禁忌症。 （2）合并有血液系统、风湿结缔组织等其他系统疾病而影响诊治过程者； （3）对支气管镜诊疗术不耐受而中断治疗者； （4）对支气管镜术过程中对使用药物如麻醉药等过敏者 （5）本次住院病程中途擅自转院、中止治疗者，临床资料不完整者； （6）参与本研究的同时，参与其他试验研究者 （7）最初同意后拒绝提供样本或拒绝合作的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with contraindications to bronchoalveolar lavage such as heart failure, severe arrhythmias, severe pulmonary insufficiency, and acute respiratory failure. (2) Patients with comorbidities involving the hematologic system, rheumatic autoimmune diseases, or other systemic diseases that may interfere with diagnosis and treatment. (3) Patients who cannot tolerate bronchoscopy procedures and discontinue treatment. (4) Patients allergic to medications used during bronchoscopy, such as anesthetics. (5) Patients who transfer hospitals or discontinue treatment mid-way through their hospital stay, or those with incomplete clinical data. (6) Patients participating in other research studies simultaneously with this study. (7) Patients who initially agree but later refuse to provide samples or refuse cooperation.
