伤害住院病例定义：本研究中“伤害住院病例”指2015-2024年期间，在海南省三所综合性三级甲等公立医院住院治疗的因外界能量作用（包括机械性、热力性、电力性、化学性等）导致组织结构或功能损害的患者。依据病案首页ICD-10编码，纳入主诊断为V01-Y98、S00-T98类疾病的病例。  

Target disease：

Definition of injury inpatients: In this study, "injury inpatients" refer to patients who were hospitalized for treatment in three comprehensive thirdclass A public hospitals in Hainan Province from 2015 to 2024 due to external energy (including mechanical, thermal, electrical, chemical, etc) causing damage to tissue structure or function. According to the ICD-10 coding on the first page of the me

研究目的：

主要研究目的：基于伤害住院患者的病案首页数据，系统分析其流行病学特征、住院医疗费用结构及变化趋势。旨在揭示伤害发生规律，为制定针对性的防治策略、控制医疗费用增长及合理配置卫生资源提供科学依据。 次要研究目的：通过分析编码错误类型及原因，改进病案首页质量。对提高编码准确率和病案首页质量有所帮助。通过住院费用进行挖掘，探索递归系统模型等方法在大型综合医院住院费用分析中的价值，为资源优化和减轻经济负担提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary research purpose: Based on the inpatient medical records data of injured patients, the epidemiological characteristics, hospitalization cost structure and its change trend were analyzed. It aims to reveal the law of injury, so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of targeted prevention and control strategies, the control of medical costs growth and the allocation of health resources.Secondary research purpose: The type and cause of coding errors were analyzed to improve the quality of the medical records. It can help to improve the accuracy coding and the quality of medical records. Through the mining of hospitalization costs, the value of the methods such as recursive system model in the analysis of hospitalization costs in large- comprehensive hospitals was explored, so as to provide reference for the optimization of resources and the reduction of economic burden.

纳入标准：

1.因伤害在本研究的三所医疗机构住院治疗。
2.住院治疗时间＞24h。

Inclusion criteria

1.Because of the injury, the person was hospitalized in one of the three medical institutions included in this study.
2.Hospital stay time > 24h.

排除标准：

1.病案首页相关信息缺失或明显错误无法统计的患者，且无法核实补充。
2.排除因同一伤害事件反复复诊、术后再次入院的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patients with missing or obviously incorrect information on the first page of the medical record that could not be counted and could not be verified and supplemented;
2.Exclusion of cases of recurrent re-consultation for the same injury event, and re-admission after surgery.
