研究目的：

1.明确基于互联网+全流程健康教育模式对辅助生殖助孕患者的治疗依从性，就诊满意度的影响。探索其在提升患者对辅助生殖助孕知识知晓度方面的作用。 2.明确基于互联网+全流程健康教育模式对辅助生殖助孕患者心理焦虑方面的有效性，为改善其心理状况、提升患者就诊体验提供参考。 3.成立科室健康教育小组，制定规范化健康教育流程，使医务人员规范应用互联网+全流程健康教育模式，为临床护理提供更佳的健康教育方法，并取得良好的临床实践经验的指导性建议。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the impact of the Internet + full-process health education model on the treatment compliance and satisfaction of patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatment. Explore its role in enhancing patients' awareness of assisted reproductive knowledge. 2. Clarify the effectiveness of the Internet + full-process health education model in addressing the psychological anxiety of patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatment, providing a reference for improving their psychological conditions and enhancing their visit experience. 3. Establish a health education team within the department, formulate a standardized health education process, enable medical staff to apply the Internet + full-process health education model in a standardized manner, provide better health education methods for clinical nursing, and obtain guiding suggestions for good clinical practice experience.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合不孕症诊断标准及试管婴儿辅助生殖技术治疗的适应证;既往无体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗经历；(2)观察期内完成IVF-ET全周期治疗；(3)自愿参加本研究者;(4)有智能手机，熟练运用微信功能者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for infertility and the indications for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) treatment; having no previous experience with IVF-ET treatment; (2) Completing the entire IVF-ET treatment cycle during the observation period; (3) Voluntary participants in this study; (4) Possessing a smart phone and being proficient in using WeChat functions.

排除标准：

(1)既往或目前有精神疾病者；(2)既往做过 IVF和卵胞质内单精子显微注射(ICSI)的患者；(3)合并其他基础性疾病，如糖尿病、高血压、心脏病、内分泌疾病等;(4)小学及以下文化程度；(5)未使用智能手机及无法网上学习。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with a history or current mental illness; (2) Patients who have undergone in vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in the past; (3) Those with other underlying diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, endocrine disorders, etc.; (4) Those with an educational level of primary school or below; (5) Those who do not use smart phones or are unable to learn online.
