研究目的：

构建以高级实践护士为主导的胃癌全程管理模式并进行初步实施，探索胃癌专科护理实践的新模式，为胃癌患者提供持续的、专业的、个体化的管理。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a comprehensive management model for gastric cancer led by senior practice nurses and carry out preliminary implementation, explore new models of specialized nursing practice for gastric cancer, and provide continuous, professional, and personalized management for gastric cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经病理学检查确诊，符合原发性胃癌诊断标准；2.在我院完成手术及放化疗治疗；3.年龄18~80岁；4.能正常交流与阅读，愿意配合；5.知情同意，志愿受试。获得知情同意书过程符合GCP规定。

Inclusion criteria

1.Confirmed by pathological examination, meeting the diagnostic criteria for primary gastric cancer; 2.Completed surgery and radiotherapy/chemotherapy treatment in our hospital; 3.Age between 18 and 80; 4.Can communicate and read normally, willing to cooperate;5.Informed consent, voluntary testing. The process of obtaining informed consent complies with GCP regulations.

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知功能障碍或精神疾病；2.患有严重心、脑、肾等功能障碍；3.预计生存时间小于6个月；4.对病情不知晓。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2. Suffering from severe heart, brain, kidney and other functional disorders; 3. Expected survival time is less than 6 months;4.Not aware of the condition.
