研究目的：

（1）构建胸外科护士围手术期肺康复能力提升的培训方案。 （2）探究该培训方案在胸外科护士肺康复能力提升中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop a training program to enhance the perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation ability of thoracic surgery nurses. (2) Explore the application effect of this training program in improving the pulmonary rehabilitation ability of thoracic surgery nurses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①具有胸外科肺康复工作经历的护士，取得护士职业资格证书；②在胸外科工作岗位工作时间大于1个月（≥1年）；③能够积极认真配合，积极完成培训任务者。

Inclusion criteria

1 Nurses with experience in pulmonary rehabilitation in thoracic surgery, who have obtained the nurse's professional qualification certificate; 2 Have worked in the thoracic surgery position for more than one month (>= one year); 3 Are able to cooperate actively and conscientiously, and complete the training tasks positively.

排除标准：

①入职以来从未参与对病人进行肺康复工作；②因病假、辞职等原因不能全程参与培训者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Since joining the company, I have never participated in pulmonary rehabilitation work for patients. 2 Those who are unable to fully participate in the training due to illness leave, resignation, etc.
