研究目的：

本研究拟系统阐明膀胱癌中三级淋巴结构（TLS）从未成熟→成熟的时空—功能—力学耦合规律，构建并验证TLS–Spatial–Mechanics（TSM）联合评分，用于ICB 免疫治疗分层与长期结局预测，形成可推广的伴有诊断价值的大数据应用模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically elucidate the spatio-temporal-functional-mechanical coupling rules of the tertiary lymphoid structures (TLS) in bladder cancer from immature to mature stages, construct and validate the TLS–Spatial–Mechanics (TSM) combined score, and apply it for stratification of immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) immunotherapy and long-term outcome prediction, thereby forming a scalable big data application model with diagnostic value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

根据临床实际用药情况分为膀胱癌（NMIBC 或 MIBC）：免疫治疗组免疫检查点抑制剂（PD-1/PD-L1等）/BCG系统治疗 对接受免疫治疗患者根据其响应性分为：免疫治疗响应组与非响应组 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Based on the actual clinical medication situation, it is divided into the bladder cancer (NMIBC or MIBC) immunotherapy group: immunotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (such as PD-1/PD-L1) / BCG system treatment Immunotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (such as PD-1/PD-L1) / BCG system treatment 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18周岁以上； 2. 临床病理确诊为膀胱癌（NMIBC 或 MIBC），且计划接受/正在接受/既往接受以下免疫治疗： 免疫检查点抑制剂（PD-1/PD-L1等）/BCG系统治疗； 3. 依从性好，愿意配合进行样本采集。

Inclusion criteria

1. Above 18 years old; 2. Clinically and pathologically diagnosed with bladder cancer (NMIBC or MIBC), and planned to receive/are currently receiving/already received the following immunotherapies: immune checkpoint inhibitors (PD-1/PD-L1, etc.) / BCG system treatment; 3. Good compliance and willing to cooperate in sample collection.

排除标准：

1. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 2. 患者有严重未控制的内科疾病或急性感染者； 3. 患者不能理解研究目的或不同意研究的要求； 4. 不具备法律能力或法律能力受限制； 5. 研究者判断依从性不好，不能配合进行样本采集； 6. 任何病史，据研究者判断可能干扰试验结果或增加患者风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with severe uncontrolled underlying diseases or acute infections; 3. Patients who cannot understand the purpose of the study or refuse to comply with the study requirements; 4. Those without legal capacity or whose legal capacity is restricted; 5. Researchers judge that the patients have poor compliance and cannot cooperate in sample collection; 6. Any medical history, as judged by the researchers, may interfere with the test results or increase the risks for the patients.
