研究目的：

探究LSCI用于预测SHS的有效性，评估其敏感性与特异性。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the effectiveness of LSCI in predicting SHS, and evaluate its sensitivity and specificity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）ASA分级II-III级； （2）单胎妊娠，孕周≥38周（以末次月经或早孕期超声确认）； （3）年龄20-40岁； （4）自愿参加并能理解和签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ASA classification II-III; (2) Singleton pregnancy, gestational age >= 38 weeks (confirmed by last menstrual period or first-trimester ultrasound); (3) Age 20-40 years old; (4) Voluntarily participate and be able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）孕产妇拒绝参与研究； （2）多胎妊娠、胎儿畸形或胎盘异常（如胎盘早剥）； （3）合并严重心血管疾病（如先天性心脏病、肺动脉高压）； （4）急诊剖宫产或存在椎管内麻醉禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant women refuse to participate in the study; (2) Multiple pregnancies, fetal malformations, or placental abnormalities (such as placental abruption); (3) Complicated with severe cardiovascular diseases (such as congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension); (4) Emergency cesarean section or those with contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia.
