研究目的：

1、探索诱发IXT患者眼位偏斜的关键视觉因素并量化关键视觉因素诱发IXT患者眼位偏斜的动态过程。 2、基于视觉通路加工特点进一步探究IXT发病的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Exploring the key visual factors that trigger eye deviation in patients with IXT and Quantifying the dynamic process by which key visual factors induce eye deviation in patients with IXT 2. Based on the processing characteristics of the visual pathway, further explore the neural mechanism underlying the onset of IXT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄8-40岁，单眼最佳矫正视力≤0.00 logMAR； （2）除屈光不正外无其他眼病及全身疾病，无眼部手术史、外伤史； （3）发生外斜的斜视角度≥10棱镜度； （4）NCS/MOCS评分≤3，视远、视近均可控制正位； （5）愿意并能够配合佩戴眼动仪1个小时以上，等效球径度在+4.00D-6.00D之间（使用眼动仪内置镜片）或在佩戴隐形眼镜进行屈光矫正。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 8-40 years, with best-corrected visual acuity <=0.00 logMAR in either eye; (2) No ocular or systemic diseases other than refractive error, and no history of ocular surgery or trauma; (3) Manifest exodeviation >=10 prism diopters; (4) NCS or MOCS score <=3 with orthophoria control at both distance and near; (5) Willingness and ability to cooperate with eye tracker wear for >1 hour, with spherical equivalent between +4.00D to +6.00D (using built-in corrective lenses) or with refractive correction via contact lenses.

排除标准：

（1）等效球径度超过+4.00D~-6.00D且不愿佩戴隐形眼镜进行检查者； （2）拒绝签署书面知情同意或无法坚持配合完成全部检查过程者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Subjects with spherical equivalent outside the -6.00D to +4.00D range who decline refractive correction via contact lenses; (2) Subjects refusing to sign written informed consent or unable to maintain cooperation throughout the entire examination protocol.
