研究目的：

本研究旨在记录，分析老年（年龄>65岁）脓毒症患者肌少症指数（SI）的动态变化轨迹，并探究其与180天死亡率的关系，为早期风险分层和个体化干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to identify distinct dynamic trajectories of the Sarcopenia Index (SI) using group-based trajectory modeling (GBTM) in elderly patients (aged >65 years) with sepsis and to investigate their association with 180-day mortality, providing a basis for early risk stratification and personalized intervention strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄>65岁的住院患者。 （2）符合脓毒症3.0诊断标准（感染+SOFA评分≥2分）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Hospitalized patients aged >65 years. (2) Meeting Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria (infection + SOFA score ≥ 2).

排除标准：

(1)入院时间小于24小时； (2)年龄小于 65岁。 (3)数据缺失无法评估者（SI评估小于三次）。 (4)合并有严重的肾功能不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Hospital stay less than 24 hours. (2) Age less than 65 years. (3) Patients with missing data that preclude evaluation (fewer than three Sarcopenia Index (SI) assessments) (4) Patients with severe renal insufficiency.
