研究目的：

构建对我国老年肺癌术后患者肌少症的运动干预有指导意义的干预方案初稿并进行专家函询和预实验完善干预方案，形成方案终稿，将运动干预方案应用于老年肺癌术后患者，研究其对患者肌少症的预防与干预效果，探究该方案对提高患者运动自我效能，改善焦虑抑郁情绪以及呼吸困难的成效。  

Objectives of Study：

A draft intervention plan for exercise intervention for elderly lung cancer patients with sarcopenia was constructed, and expert consultation and pre-experiment were conducted to improve the intervention plan. The final version of the plan was formed. The exercise intervention plan was applied to elderly lung cancer patients, and its preventive and intervention effects on sarcopenia of the patients were studied. The effectiveness of this plan in improving patients' exercise self-efficacy, alleviating anxiety and depression, and alleviating breathing difficulties was also explored.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.首次行手术治疗且符合《中华医学会肿瘤学分会肺癌临床诊疗指南(2021 版)》肺癌诊断标准； 3.符合2019年亚洲老年肌少症工作组(Asian Working Group For Sarcopenia,AWGS)制定的“可能肌少症的”诊断标准，结合两项指标：小腿围(男性＜34cm，女性＜33cm)和握力(男性＜28kg，女性＜18kg)； 4.预计术后至少住院5天； 5.精神、智力正常，意识清楚，无沟通障碍； 6.患者及家属自愿参与研究且熟练使用手机、微信等以支持随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. First-time surgical treatment and meeting the lung cancer diagnostic criteria in the "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Lung Cancer of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (2021 Edition)"; 3. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for "possible sarcopenia" as defined by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) in 2019, based on two indicators: calf circumference (men < 34 cm, women < 33 cm) and grip strength (men < 28 kg, women < 18 kg); 4. Expected to stay in hospital for at least 5 days after surgery; 5. Mentally and intellectually normal, with clear consciousness and no communication barriers; 6. Patients and their families voluntarily participate in the study and are proficient in using mobile phones, WeChat, etc. to support follow-up.

排除标准：

1.术前接受化学治疗、放疗者； 2.极度疲乏、共济失调、严重贫血以及低血小板着； 3.正在参加其他运动康复。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have received chemotherapy or radiotherapy before the operation; 2. Those who are extremely fatigued, have ataxia, severe anemia or low platelet count; 3. Those who are currently participating in other sports rehabilitation programs.
