研究目的:

本临床研究通过比较试验器械增材制造肱骨近端解剖髓内支撑假体系统与对照器械肱骨近端锁定内固定系统(proximal humerus internal locking system,PHILOS),用于评价治疗老年肱骨近端粉碎性骨折临床应用中的安全性和有效性,探索并优化肱骨近端骨折的修复与重建策略。  

Objectives of Study:

This clinical study evaluates the safety and efficacy of the investigational device, the Additive-Manufactured Proximal Humeral Anatomical Intramedullary Support Prosthesis System, in the clinical treatment of comminuted proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients by comparing it with the control device, the Proximal Humerus Internal Locking System (PHILOS). Additionally, it aims to explore and optimize strategies for the repair and reconstruction of proximal humeral fractures.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 受试者年龄>=60 岁(含 60 周岁),性别不限; 2.三部分或四部分肱骨近端骨折; 3.3 个月内未参加过其他临床试验者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Subjects aged >= 60 years (including 60 years old), regardless of gender; 2.Three-part or four-part proximal humeral fractures; 3. Subjects who have not participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.

排除标准:

1. 既往有肩关节外伤史、接受过肩部手术,骨不连病史; 2.严重的骨性关节炎、风湿或类风湿关节炎或病理性骨折; 3.全身性疾病(包括严重出血性疾病,严重心脏疾病,严重呼吸系统疾病,不能耐受麻醉或手术者); 4. 合并严重神经或血管损伤; 5.对植入物材料过敏者; 6.局部部位或全身存在活动性感染病灶; 7.精神疾病、药物滥用; 8. 其它研究者认为不适合入选者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. A history of previous shoulder trauma, shoulder surgery, or nonunion of bones; 2.Severe osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or pathological fractures; 3.Systemic diseases (including severe hemorrhagic diseases, severe heart diseases, severe respiratory diseases, and inability to tolerate anesthesia or surgery); 4. Complicated with severe nerve or vascular injury; 5.Allergy to implant materials; 6.Active infection foci in local parts or the whole body; 7. Mental illness or substance abuse; 8.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the researchers.
