研究目的：

评估真实世界中乌帕替尼治疗老年炎症性肠病患者在诱导期结束时的临床缓解率，并比较乌帕替尼在老年与非老年IBD患者中的疗效与安全性差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical remission rate at the end of the induction period with upadacitinib in elderly patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in a real-world setting, and to compare the efficacy and safety differences of upadacitinib between elderly and non-elderly IBD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为中重度克罗恩病或溃疡性结肠炎；
2.确诊后接受乌帕替尼治疗；

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosis of moderate to severe Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis; 2.Initiation of upadacitinib treatment after diagnosis.

排除标准：

1.非IBD适应症使用乌帕替尼治疗的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Use of upadacitinib for conditions other than IBD;
