Objectives of Study:

?Feasibility and Effectiveness of Sandwich Combined with "WeChat" Micro-teaching in the Clinical Teaching of Fundamentals of Nursing for Nursing Students: A Retrospective Study

纳入标准:

1.正在进行基础护理学临床实习的护理专业学生; 2.处于基础护理学临床实习阶段,尚未完成实习的学生; 3.年龄在19~22岁之间; 4.具备正常的学习能力,无学习障碍或认知障碍; 5.目前没有精神问题; 6.愿意参与此项研究; 7.学生能够按照学习计划全程参与联合干预的课程和评估活动; 8.具备良好的语言表达和理解能力,能够参与课堂讨论和完成问卷调查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Nursing student currently enrolled in the Fundamentals of Nursing clinical practicum. 2. Still undergoing the clinical-training stage and not yet completed. 3. Age 19–22 years. 4. No documented learning disabilities or cognitive impairments. 5. No current psychiatric disorder. 6. Willing to provide informed consent. 7. Able to attend all intervention sessions and complete scheduled assessments. 8. Adequate language proficiency to participate in classroom discussions and fill out questionnaires.

排除标准:

1.服兵役、事假、退学或休学的学生; 2.其他原因中断学习的护生

Exclusion criteria:

1. Students who have suspended their studies due to ?military service?, ?personal leave?, ?withdrawal?, or ?academic leave?; 2. Nursing students who interrupted their clinical training for ?other reasons?.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

采用统一设计的电子 CRF,由研究协调员在培训后按变量字典逐项填写。填写完成后由双人交叉核对,发现缺失或逻辑错误立即返回带教教师补录或修正。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

A standardized electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) will be used. After training, the study coordinator will complete each field according to the variable dictionary. Upon completion, two independent reviewers will cross-check the entries; any missing or logically inconsistent data will be immediately returned to the supervising instructor for correction or completion.
