研究目的：

基于以艾诺韦林为核心的治疗方案对于血脂水平影响的临床数据，本研究推测艾诺韦林为核心的治疗方案可能通过改善胆固醇水平减少PD-1表达水平逆转CD8+T细胞耗竭，为HIV治疗提供新的治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the clinical data on the impact of the treatment regimen centered on enovirine on lipid levels, this study hypothesizes that the treatment regimen centered on enovirine may reverse CD8+ T cell exhaustion by reducing PD-1 expression levels through improving cholesterol levels, providing a new therapeutic strategy for HIV treatment.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

HIV感染者（HIVRNA<50cp/ml、血脂中总胆固醇＞5.2mmol/L）

Inclusion criteria

HIV-infected individuals (HIV RNA < 50 cp/ml, total cholesterol in blood lipid > 5.2 mmol/L).

排除标准：

（1) 筛选期前 30 天（含）出现 AIDS 相关机会性感染或肿瘤；(2) 已知的既往 HIV 耐药史（确认 HIV 病毒载量>200 拷贝/ml）或对任意一种核苷（酸） 类似物耐药史；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Within 30 days prior to the screening period, there was an occurrence of AIDS-related opportunistic infections or tumors; 2. A known history of previous HIV drug resistance (confirmed HIV viral load > 200 copies/ml) or a history of resistance to any nucleoside (acid) analogue.
