研究目的：

制定宫颈HR-HPV持续感染致癌的人工智能诊断系统。基于宽度学习算法构建和训练评估诊断模型，实现宫颈HR-HPV持续感染风险预后评估，指导临床个体化干预，减少过度检查和治疗，降低患者焦虑情绪。  

Objectives of Study：

This study develops an artificial intelligence diagnostic system for persistent high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) persistence-driven cervical carcinogenesis infections. The system builds and trains an evaluation diagnostic model using the Broad Learning System to perform prognostic assessment of the risks associated with cervical HR-HPV persistent infections. This system offers guidance for clinical personalized interventions, reduces unnecessary examinations and treatments, and alleviates patient anxiety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄21岁～75岁之间有性生活史的女性； （2）符合宫颈HR-HPV感染的诊断标准；或宫颈息肉患者，同时满足宫颈TCT阴性且宫颈HPV阴性； （3）神智清楚，无明显语言沟通障碍，认知功能正常，可自行描述症状者； （4）患者自愿接受问诊和调查，签署知情同意书并主动配合填写临床症状调查表，完成相关宏微观指标检测。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients aged 21-75 years with sexual activity history; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for cervical HR-HPV infection or having a diagnosis of cervical polyp with concurrent negative results for both cervical TCT and HPV tests; (3) Intact cognitive and language function, with the ability to provide a clear self-assessment of symptoms; (4) Willingness to provide written informed consent and to comply with all study procedures, including clinical interviews, questionnaire completion, and macro- and micro-level examinations.

排除标准：

（1）先天性无阴道或其他生殖器畸形； （2）患有各种免疫性疾病、艾滋病、梅毒等各种性病，以及使用免疫抑制剂等导致免疫功能低下者； （3）合并有肝、脾、肺、肾、心脑血管及造血系统严重原发性疾病或恶性肿瘤，可能对体质判断造成较多混杂因素者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Congenital absence of vagina or other reproductive tract malformations; (2) Individuals with various autoimmune diseases, sexually transmitted infections (including HIV/AIDS and syphilis), or those with compromised immune function due to immunosuppressive therapy; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases of the liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, cardiovascular or hematopoietic systems, or malignant tumors, where these conditions may introduce significant confounding factors in constitutional assessment.
