研究目的：

评估全牙列弹性??垫辅助牙周基础治疗对Ⅲ/Ⅳ期牙周炎松动后牙的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study is aimed to assess the curative effect of full dentition elastic occlusal splints on mobile posterior teeth with stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ periodontitis adjunctive to periodontal initial therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.Ⅲ期-Ⅳ期牙周炎； 2.后牙牙列完整 3.至少一颗后牙松动Ⅱ度-Ⅲ度，患者强烈要求保留患牙； 4.患者口腔卫生状况良好； 5.年龄>=18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.Stage Ⅲ -Ⅳ periodontitis; 2. The posterior dentition is complete 3. At least one posterior tooth is loose by degree II to III, and the patient strongly requests that the affected tooth be retained. 4. The patient's oral hygiene condition is good; 5. Age >=18 years old.

排除标准：

1.存在难以控制的系统性疾病（糖尿病、血液系统疾病、骨质疏松、类风湿、肿瘤等）； 2.根折； 3.固定桥及可摘局部义齿的基牙； 4.颞下颌关节疾病患者； 5.夜磨牙患者； 6.存在反??、锁??及对刃??情况的患者，或正畸治疗中的患者； 7.怀孕女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are systemic diseases that are difficult to control (such as diabetes, blood system diseases, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, tumors, etc.); 2. Root breakage; 3. Abutments for fixed Bridges and removable partial dentures; 4. Patients with temporomandibular joint diseases; 5. Patients with night teeth grinding; 6. Patients with reverse ??, locking ?? and aligning ??, or those undergoing orthodontic treatment; 7. Pregnant women.
