比较单纯锥度外连接窄径种植体JUST J1 MINI (J1 implant)与内连接窄径种植体（Bicon）的5~8年长期临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the 5- to 8-year long-term clinical outcomes of the simple-tapered externally attached narrow-bore JUST J1 MINI (J1 implant) versus the internally attached narrow-bore (Bicon) implant

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄≥20岁；
2、后牙区有一个或多个牙缺失，且植入纯莫氏锥度连接种植体；
3、种植体直径为3.5 mm；
4、牙槽骨高度充足，宽度为4.5 mm~6 mm；
5、无需进行骨增量手术和上颌窦提升术；

Inclusion criteria

1.age >=20 years; 2.one or more missing teeth in the posterior region and placement of a pure Mohs taper connection implant; 3.implant diameter of 3.5 mm; 4.adequate alveolar bone height and width of 4.5 mm to 6 mm; 5.No need for bone augmentation surgery and maxillary sinus lift;

排除标准：

1、种植位点存在急性炎症；
2、有未控制的牙周病、骨代谢性疾病等影响骨愈合的患者；
3、严重夜磨牙症状患者；
4、重度吸烟者，吸烟量＞10支/天；
5、影像片缺乏无法测量者；

Exclusion criteria：

1、the presence of acute inflammation at the implant site;
2、patients with uncontrolled periodontal disease, bone metabolic disorders, and other conditions that affect bone healing;
3、patients with severe nocturnal grinding symptoms;
4、heavy smokers, with >10 cigarettes/day;
5、Image film lack of those who can not be measured；
