研究目的：

1.本项目旨在观察探讨鼻内镜下电凝止血结合聚桂醇局部注射精准治疗遗传性毛细血管扩张症导致鼻腔反复出血的临床分析，为遗传性毛细血管扩张症导致鼻腔反复出血患者找到一种安全有效微创、远期效果明显的治疗方法。 2.创新性引入消化内科成熟硬化剂聚桂醇至耳鼻咽喉科领域，通过跨学科技术迁移，拓展其适应症至鼻腔血管畸形治疗，填补 HHT 鼻出血靶向硬化治疗的学术空白。 3.项目完成后将会给病人减轻痛苦及负担，缩短了手术时间，患者治愈率将会提高，而且痛苦小，创伤更小，符合微创观念，社会效益明显。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This project aims to observe and analyze the clinical application of endoscopic electrocoagulation hemostasis combined with local injection of glyceryl trinitrate for the precise treatment of recurrent nasal bleeding caused by hereditary capillary dilation syndrome. The goal is to find a safe, effective, minimally invasive, and long-term effective treatment method for patients with recurrent nasal bleeding due to hereditary capillary dilation syndrome. 2. This project innovatively introduces the mature sclerosing agent glyceryl trinitrate from the field of gastroenterology to the otolaryngology field. Through interdisciplinary technology transfer, its indications are expanded to the treatment of nasal vascular malformations, filling the academic gap in targeted sclerotherapy for HHT-related nasal bleeding. 3. After the completion of this project, it will alleviate the pain and burden of patients, shorten the operation time, increase the patient's cure rate, and have less pain, less trauma, conforming to the concept of minimally invasive surgery, and having obvious social benefits.

纳入标准：

确诊遗传性毛细血管扩张症患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with hereditary telangiectasia

排除标准：

①由于凝血功能和肝肾功能异常导致出血者；②由于外伤、鼻腔鼻窦新生物或血液系统疾病等原因造成的出血者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with abnormal coagulation function and liver/kidney function; 2. Those with bleeding caused by trauma, nasal cavity and sinus neoplasms, or blood system diseases, etc.
