研究目的：

本研究通过一项全国性多中心观察性临床研究，结合各个医院电子信息系统，进行数据收集建立专病库，获取外阴恶性肿瘤诊治情况，其中回顾性分析全国多 家三甲医院的外阴鳞状细胞癌患者临床数据，探讨与传统三切口术式对比，我们经过改良的开放性三切口手术方式与生存预后关系，及影响患者预后的相关因素，评价该术式的有效性、安全性，为外阴恶性肿瘤疾病监测和防治、医学工作者诊疗模式和术式推广提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study conducted a nationwide multicenter observational clinical research, combining the electronic information systems of various hospitals to collect data and establish a specialized disease database, to obtain the diagnosis and treatment status of vulvar malignancies. Among them, a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with vulvar squamous cell carcinoma from multiple tertiary hospitals nationwide was performed. We explored the relationship between the modified open triple incision surgical approach and survival prognosis, compared with the traditional triple incision technique, as well as the factors affecting patient prognosis. The effectiveness and safety of this surgical approach were evaluated, providing a scientific basis for the surveillance and prevention of vulvar malignant tumors, and for the diagnostic and treatment patterns and surgical approach promotion among medical professionals.

纳入标准：

1.病理学确诊外阴鳞状细胞癌； 2.经过外阴癌传统三切口手术或改良开放式三切口术式； 3.确诊年龄>=18 岁；

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathological diagnosis of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma; 2.After undergoing traditional three-incision surgery or modified open three-incision surgery for vulvar cancer; 3.Diagnosed age >= 18 years;

排除标准：

当患者存在以下任何情况之一时，不能被选择进入临床研究： 1.妊娠期患者； 2.神经精神疾病患者； 3.研究者认为不合适的其他情况。 符合上述任意一个标准的患者不可以入组。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients cannot be selected for clinical research when they have any of the following conditions: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Patients with neuropsychiatric disorders; 3. Other circumstances that the researcher deems inappropriate. Patients who meet any of the above criteria are not eligible for enrollment.
