研究目的：

1.了解ICU患者多重耐药菌感染现状; 2.探索ICU患者多重耐药菌感染; 3.明确高危人群风险识别及主动筛查和预隔离干预在预防ICU患者多重耐药菌感染中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Understand the current situation of multidrug-resistant organism infections in ICU patients; 2. Explore multidrug-resistant organism infections in ICU patients; 3. Clarify the application effect of risk identification, active screening, and pre-isolation intervention in high-risk groups in preventing multidrug-resistant organism infections in ICU patients.

纳入标准：

（1）入住综合ICU科室的所有患者； （2）患者年龄≥18 周岁；

Inclusion criteria

(1) All patients admitted to the general ICU department; (2) Patients aged >= 18 years old;

排除标准：

（1）入住ICU时以明确有MDRO感染的患者； （2）治疗不足24小时自动出院者或死亡者； （3）院感爆发期内的患者不予纳入研究对象或相关范畴；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with definite MDRO infection upon admission to the ICU; (2) Patients who are discharged automatically or die within 24 hours of treatment; (3) Patients during the outbreak period of nosocomial infections are not included in the research subjects or related categories;

干预方案 1（循证研究导向）：基于《碳青霉烯类耐药肠杆菌预防与控制标准》及国内外 CRE 防控循证文献，构建主动筛查体系识别高风险人群，对筛查出的高风险患者立即实施预先隔离，同步落实医护人员手卫生强化、环境物表专项消毒、防护用品规范使用等配套防控措施。

Intervention Protocol 1 (Evidence-based research oriented): Based on the "Standards for Prevention and Control of Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae" and domestic and international evidence-based literature on CRE prevention and control, an active screening system was established to identify high-risk groups. High-risk patients identified through screening were immediately placed under pre-emptive isolation. Simultaneously, supporting prevention and control measures such as enhanced hand hygiene for medical staff, specialized disinfection of environmental surfaces, and standardized use of protective equipment were implemented.

Intervention Protocol 2 (Information tool oriented): The "Multidrug-Resistant Organism Hospital Infection Risk Calculator" was used to automatically identify CRE high-risk groups. The identified high-risk patients received exactly the same pre-emptive isolation and supporting prevention and control measures as in Protocol 1, with the only difference being the method of identifying high-risk groups.
