研究目的：

吸入药物是慢阻肺最常用的治疗药物。但是慢阻肺患者不能正确使用吸入药物的情况非常普遍，即使多次接受指导，仍还可能不能正确使用。国内外都有不少有关的研究报道。但是还没有一个预测哪些患者是难以正确掌握吸入装置的高风险人群模型。我们试图通过一项前瞻性、开放性的研究，获得影响患者正确掌握吸入药物的危险因素，通过逐步回归方法，建立一个预测模型，预测最可能发生错误使用吸入药物装置的COPD人群，并进行前瞻性的验证。为更好地个体化的指导和护照这类患者提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Inhaled medications are the most commonly used treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). However, it is very common for COPD patients to be unable to use inhaled medications correctly, even after multiple instructions. There are many research reports on this issue both at home and abroad. However, there is no model to predict which patients are at high risk of being unable to master inhalation devices correctly. We attempted to obtain the risk factors that affect patients' correct use of inhaled medications through a prospective, open study, and establish a predictive model through stepwise regression to predict the COPD population most likely to make mistakes in using inhalation devices, and conduct a prospective validation. This provides a basis for better individualized guidance and care for such patients.

纳入标准：

1.临床诊断慢性阻塞性肺疾病； 2.使用吸入装置≥30天； 3.自愿接受问卷调查，并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinical diagnosis: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; 2.Use of inhalation device for >= 30 days; 3.Voluntarily participate in the questionnaire survey and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有严重心、肝、肾、血液、神经系统症状不能配合调查者； 2.孕妇、计划妊娠或哺乳期妇女.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with severe symptoms of heart, liver, kidney, blood, or nervous system diseases who are unable to cooperate with the investigators; 2.Pregnant women, women planning to become pregnant, or lactating women.
