研究目的：

评估AI-HEALS系统的临床应用效果，探索体质变化与干预效果的关系，验证“调体质以促健康”的中医干预路径，为中医体质动态调控和精准干预提供理论与实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Assess the clinical application effectiveness of the AI-HEALS system, explore the relationship between changes in constitution and intervention outcomes, and validate the traditional Chinese medicine intervention approach of 'modulating constitution to promote health,' thereby providing theoretical and practical guidance for dynamic constitution regulation and precise interventions in traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 周岁；明确诊断为高血压、2型糖尿病、和高脂血症，需合并其两种疾病的共病患者；病情稳定，无近期急性并发症；有能力完成问卷调查，知情同意并自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years; 2.a clear diagnosis of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and hyperlipidemia, requiring patients with comorbidities of any two of these diseases; 3.stable condition with no recent acute complications; 4.capable of completing questionnaires, providing informed consent, and voluntarily participating in the study.

排除标准：

1.合并其他重大疾病影响体质判断或干预实施者，如恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能障碍、活动性结核、精神疾病等；近期（1个月内）接受系统中医治疗（中药汤剂或针灸）者，可能影响体质类型初判；妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；参与其他干预类临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with other major diseases that may affect the assessment of physical constitution or the implementation of interventions, such as malignant tumors, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, active tuberculosis, psychiatric disorders, etc.
2.those who have recently (within one month) received systematic traditional Chinese medicine treatment (herbal decoctions or acupuncture) that may affect the initial assessment of constitution type;
3.pregnant or breastfeeding women;
4.participants in other interventional clinical studies.
