Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of warm therapy combined with hydrogen peroxide (H?O?) microneedle patch in the treatment of viral warts

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄：6-65岁，男女不限； 2.临床诊断为寻常疣、掌跖（趾）疣（皮损数量≥1个），医师疣评分（Physician's Wart Assessment）≥2（0分：无可见疣体分，不需要进一步治疗；1分：有可见的疣体，直径小于3mm，2分：单个疣体直径≥3mm，且＜6mm，3分：单个疣体直径≥6mm）； 3.受试者或法定监护人能够理解并签署知情同意书者/同意参加该研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age: 6-65 years, no gender restriction; 2. Clinically diagnosed with common warts or palmar/plantar (toe) warts (number of lesions >=1), Physician's Wart Assessment score >=2 (0 points: no visible warts, no further treatment required; 1 point: visible warts, diameter less than 3mm; 2 points: single wart with diameter >=3mm and <6mm; 3 points: single wart with diameter >=6mm); 3. Subjects or legal guardians able to understand and sign the informed consent form/agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.受试者临床上有非典型疣； 2.受试者免疫功能障碍或自身免疫性疾病者； 3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4.受试者在6个月内曾接种人类乳头瘤病毒（HPV）疫苗； 5.受试者在一定时间内经过以下系统治疗：免疫调节/免疫抑制剂（依那西普等）治疗，4个月；糖皮质激素（允许吸入和鼻腔内使用），1个月； 6.受试者在一定时间内在疣体或疣体周围进行如下治疗：激光或其他光化学疗法（强脉冲光、光动力），3个月；免疫疗法（念珠菌抗原），4个月；液氮，2个月；过氧化氢，3个月；抗代谢药物治疗（5-氟尿嘧啶），2个月；维生素A类药物，3个月； 7.受试者就诊前曾患下列疾病：皮肤恶性肿瘤，半年皮肤恶性肿瘤前期（光化性角化病），现在受试者存在皮肤或全身性疾病的急性进展期（例如银屑病、特应性皮炎、湿疹、日晒损伤等）或症状（如晒伤、开放性伤口）可能会使受试者因参加研究或评估而产生的风险； 8.患有影响皮肤愈合疾病者，如糖尿病、维生素A缺乏症等疾病； 9.受试者合并冷球蛋白血症，寒冷性荨麻疹等对冷刺激敏感，可能导致观察结果异常者。 10.伴心、肺、肝、肾、血液系统等严重功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with clinically atypical warts; 2. Subjects with immune dysfunction or autoimmune diseases; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. Subjects who have received human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination within the past 6 months; 5. Subjects who have undergone the following systemic treatments within a certain period: immunomodulators/immunosuppressants (such as etanercept) within 4 months; glucocorticoids (inhaled or intranasal use allowed) within 1 month; 6. Subjects who have received the following treatments on the warts or around the warts within a certain period: laser or other photochemical therapy (intense pulsed light, photodynamic therapy) within 3 months; immunotherapy (candida antigen) within 4 months; liquid nitrogen within 2 months; hydrogen peroxide within 3 months; antimetabolic drug treatment (5-fluorouracil) within 2 months; vitamin A derivatives within 3 months; 7. Subjects who have previously had the following conditions before visiting: malignant skin tumors, precancerous skin lesions (actinic keratosis) within the past 6 months, or currently have an acute progression of skin or systemic diseases (such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, eczema, sun damage, etc.) or symptoms (such as sunburn, open wounds) that may increase risks from participating in the study or assessments; 8. Subjects with diseases affecting skin healing, such as diabetes or vitamin A deficiency; 9. Subjects with coexisting conditions like cryoglobulinemia, cold urticaria, or other cold sensitivity that may cause abnormal observations; 10. Subjects with severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, or hematopoietic system.
