Objectives of Study: |
Investigate whether the cortical response to iTBS-induced neural plasticity is modulated by the timing of rhythms, and assess its time dependence and individual variability by combining TMS-EEG electrophysiological data with behavioral tasks. |

纳入标准: |
(1)年龄18–35周岁,右利手; (2)身心健康,无神经系统疾病、精神障碍及睡眠疾病病史; (3)无经颅磁刺激适应证以外的器质性疾病(如无颅内植入物等影响TMS安全的情况) |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Age 18–35 years old, right-handed; 2.Physically and mentally healthy, with no history of neurological disorders, mental health disorders, or sleep disorders; 3. No organic diseases outside the indications for transcranial magnetic stimulation (e.g., no intracranial implants or other conditions that could affect TMS safety). |

排除标准: |
1.药物长期服用可能影响昼夜节律的药物史(如褪黑素、安眠药、抗抑郁药等); 2.最近一个月内作息不规律如:夜班或倒班工作经历,跨越两个及以上时区的旅行史,持续性熬夜的情况,睡眠剥夺情况; 3.日常咖啡因摄入量超过300 mg/日(约相当于两杯中杯咖啡); 4.其他研究者判断不宜参与本研究的情况(例如无法配合完成多次实验者) |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. A history of long-term use of medications that may affect circadian rhythms (such as melatonin, sleeping pills, antidepressants, etc.); 2. Irregular daily routines in the past month, such as night shift or rotating shift work, travel across two or more time zones, persistent staying up late, or sleep deprivation; 3. Daily caffeine intake exceeding 300 mg (approximately equivalent to two medium cups of coffee); 4.Other situations deemed inappropriate for participation in this study by the researchers (for example, inability to cooperate with multiple experiments). |

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC: |
数据采集工作由受过专业培训的科研和临床人员负责,每一个入组的被试均需完成纸质版病例记录表(Case Record Form.CRF),TMS-EEG 原始数据、行为任务数据将导入电子数据库,其他数据由问卷星收集,最后将所有的数据进行电子化存档,由专门人员进行数据管理。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Data collection is conducted by professionally trained research and clinical personnel. Each enrolled participant is required to complete a paper Case Record Form (CRF). TMS-EEG raw data and behavioral task data will be imported into an electronic database, while other data will be collected via Wenjuanxing. Finally, all data will be electronically archived and managed by dedicated personnel. |
