研究目的：

本研究旨在评估抗反流黏膜成形术（ARM-P）治疗难治性胃食管反流病（GERD）的安全性、可行性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the safety, feasibility, and efficacy of anti-reflux mucoplasty (ARM-P) for the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.至少有 6 个月的双剂量 PPIs 或 P-CAB 治疗史，且每周至少出现两次持续的典型反流症状；2.经临床症状、胃镜检查和影像学检查确诊为胃食管反流病；3.食管裂孔疝<=3 cm；4. 年龄在 18 岁至 75 岁之间。

Inclusion criteria

1.History of at least 6 months of double-dose PPIs or P-CAB therapy with persistent typical reflux symptoms occurring at least twice weekly; 2. Diagnosis of GERD confirmed by clinical symptoms, gastroscopy, and radiographic examination; 3.Hiatal hernia<=3 cm; 4.Age between 18 and 75 years.

排除标准：

1.妊娠、哺乳、严重肥胖或患有重大精神疾病；2.贲门失弛缓或 EGJ 流出道梗阻；3.严重的心脏、肝脏或肾脏功能障碍；4.曾进行过食管或胃手术；5.嗜酸性粒细胞食管炎。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnancy, lactation, severe obesity, or major psychiatric illness; 2.Achalasia or EGJ outflow obstruction;3.Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 4.Previous esophageal or gastric surgery;5.Eosinophilic esophagitis.
