研究目的：

通过研究代谢组学和肠道微生物与肠套叠发病的相关性，探索肠套叠病因，为预防和减少小儿肠套叠的复发提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By studying the correlation between metabolomics and intestinal microbes and intussusception, we explored the etiology of intussusception and provided theoretical basis for preventing and reducing the recurrence of intussusception in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

回顾性研究：(1）根据体格检查（腹部包块）、临床表现（阵发性腹痛、呕吐、血便）、超声检查等确诊为肠套叠的患儿，排除其他原因引起的急性腹痛。前瞻性研究：（1）签署书面知情同意书；（2）就诊我院患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Retrospective study:(1) Children diagnosed with intussusception based on physical examination (abdominal mass), clinical presentation (paroxysmal abdominal pain, vomiting, bloody stool), ultrasound examination, etc., excluding acute abdominal pain caused by other reasons. 2. Prospective study: (1) Signed written informed consent; (2) Patients who visited our hospital.

排除标准：

回顾性研究： (1)临床资料不完整。 前瞻性研究：（1）样本采集前 1 个月服用抗生素、益生菌类药物或食品、胃肠动力药；（2）近期出现腹泻、便秘或其他肠道疾病；（3）临床资料不全者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Retrospective study: (1) Incomplete clinical data. 2.Prospective study: (1) Use of antibiotics, probiotics, or gastrointestinal motility drugs within 1 month before sample collection; (2) Recent occurrence of diarrhea, constipation, or other intestinal diseases; (3) Incomplete clinical data.
