研究目的：

肺癌与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD)常共存，吸入药物是COPD的核心治疗，但其在肺癌合并COPD患者中的疗效证据有限。本研究旨在探讨不同吸入疗法对该共病患者肺功能及无进展生存期（Progression-Free Survival，PFS）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Lung cancer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) frequently coexist. Inhaled medications are the cornerstone of COPD treatment, but evidence regarding their efficacy in patients with lung cancer comorbid with COPD is limited. This study aimed to investigate the impact of different inhalation therapies on lung function and progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with this comorbidity.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.肺癌诊断符合《中华医学会肺癌临床诊疗指南（2019版）》，经病理活检（如支气管镜活检、CT引导下肺穿刺）或影像学（Positron Emission Tomography - Computed Tomography，PET-CT结合肿瘤标志物）确诊； 2.COPD诊断符合2020年慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球倡议 (global initiative for chronic obstructive lung disease，GOLD)； 3.患者及家属知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The diagnosis of lung cancer conforms to the "Clinical Practice Guidelines for Lung Cancer of the Chinese Medical Association (2019 Edition)" and is confirmed by pathological biopsy (such as bronchoscopic biopsy, CT-guided lung puncture) or imaging (Positron Emission Tomography - Computed Tomography, PET-CT combined with tumor markers); 2.The diagnosis of COPD conforms to the 2020 Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD); 3.The patients and their families are informed of the details, agree to participate, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.原发灶不在肺部的恶性肿瘤患者（如原发在泌尿生殖系统、乳腺、消化道和骨骼等发生肺转移）； 2.合并活动性肺结核、支气管哮喘、间质性肺疾病等其他肺部疾病； 3.存在肉芽增生、肺脓肿等非肿瘤病变； 4.严重肝肾功能不全、心功能衰竭等基础疾病； 5.胸部CT不能排除肺癌，但无细胞或组织病理学检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumours originating outside the lungs (e.g., primary tumours in the genitourinary system, breast, gastrointestinal tract, or bones that have metastasised to the lungs); 2. Concurrent active pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, interstitial lung disease, or other pulmonary conditions; 3. Presence of non-neoplastic lesions such as granulation tissue proliferation or pulmonary abscesses; 4. Underlying conditions including severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, or cardiac failure; 5. Patients for whom thoracic CT cannot rule out lung cancer, but who lack cytological or histopathological examination.
