研究目的：

1 深入了解精神科封闭病房抑郁症患者家庭照顾者心理困扰的现状，探索照顾者自身需求的动态变化情况。 2 基于双重 ABC-X 模型，构建一套紧密结合精神科封闭病房抑郁症患者家庭照顾者意愿与需求的个性化干预方案，旨在有效缓解其心理困扰，进而提升患者的健康结局。同时，对方案的适用性和可操作性进行验证和评价。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Gain an in-depth understanding of the current psychological distress experienced by family caregivers of patients with depression in closed psychiatric wards, and explore the dynamic changes in caregivers' own needs.2. Based on the dual ABC-X model, develop a personalized intervention program closely aligned with the preferences and needs of family caregivers of patients with depression in closed psychiatric wards. This program aims to effectively alleviate their psychological distress and thereby improve patient health outcomes. Concurrently, validate and evaluate the program's applicability and feasibility.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①依据《国际疾病分类（第 10 版）》（ICD-10）中被诊断患有抑郁症、抑郁症伴焦虑症或双相情感障碍抑郁发作的封闭病房抑郁症患者照顾者；②在患者入院前，每日照顾患者＞4小时，并承担患者治疗费用；③照顾者可阅读并理解问卷内容，自愿参与调查和访谈并签署知情同意书；④使用智能手机、微信/电话畅通。⑤近1个月内未参加过类似心理干预项目

Inclusion criteria

1. Caregivers of inpatients diagnosed with depression, depression with anxiety, or depressive episodes of bipolar disorder according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10); 2. Prior to the patient's hospitalization, provided daily care exceeding 4 hours and covered the patient's treatment costs; 3. Caregivers must be able to read and understand the questionnaire content, voluntarily participate in the survey and interview, and sign an informed consent form; 4. Must have access to a smartphone with WeChat/phone connectivity. 5. Haven't participated in similar psychological intervention programs in the past month

排除标准：

①照顾者本人有重性精神障碍或认知障碍；②过去6个月经历亲人丧失、车祸、离婚等急性应激事件

Exclusion criteria：

1. The caregiver has a severe mental disorder or cognitive impairment; 2. The caregiver has experienced acute stress events such as the loss of a loved one, a car accident, or divorce within the past six months
