该研究旨在研究小儿推拿治疗儿童厌食的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of pediatric massage therapy for children with anorexia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合厌食症诊断标准的患儿。 (2) 年龄在 3-6 岁，性别不限。 (3) 排除因其他疾病、使用药物引起的食欲减退。 (4) 能接受推拿治疗，家属知情者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children who meet the diagnostic criteria of anorexia . (2) Age 3-6 years old, gender unlimited. (3) To exclude loss of appetite caused by other diseases and the use of drugs. (4) can accept massage treatment, family members know

排除标准：

(1) 由其他疾病引起的厌食。 (2) 各种皮肤病患处以及皮肤有破损、皮肤炎症、疔疮、脓肿、以及有伤口瘢痕等。 (3) 感染性疾病、传染性疾病以及有出血倾向疾病的患儿。 (4) 依从性较差的患儿。 (5) 符合以上其中一条者，均不能纳入。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Anorexia caused by other diseases. (2) Various skin diseases and skin lesions, skin inflammation, furuncle, abscess, and wound scars. (3) Children with infectious diseases, infectious diseases and bleeding prone diseases. (4) Children with poor compliance. (5) Those who meet one of the above criteria cannot be included.

符合条件的儿童将按照1:1:1的比例被随机分成三组。一个独立的成员将通过云南中医药大学临床研究中心的计算机随机数发生器生成随机序列，并将随机数字指定为推拿组或对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Eligible children will be randomly divided into three groups in a 1:1:1 ratio. An independent member will generate the random sequence through the computer random number generator at the Clinical Research Center of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine and assign the random number to the massage or control group or to the waiting treatment group.

盲法：

该研究采用了两种不同的干预方式。无法实现对治疗师、患儿父母或监护人的盲分组。但可实现检测员及数据分析员的盲法。

Blinding：

There are two different types of interventions in this study. It is impossible to blind therapists and childrens parents or legal guardians. Nonetheless, outcome assessors and the data analyst will be blinded to the procedure and results of randomization, group allocation and intervention.

Date: After the publication of relevant research papers; Method: 1. The EDC software system needs to be purchased in China, and we have not yet purchased the EDC software system; 2. Due to various instabilities of the EDC system, we believe that data storage in the EDC system is less stable than storing data in traditional CRF forms. Therefore, we do not plan to upload data to the EDC system and will continue using traditional CRF forms for storage. There are two ways to share the raw data: one is as an attachment, appended at the end of the published paper; the other is that our data will indicate that it can be requested from the corresponding author.
