研究目的：

椎管内分离麻醉应用于骨科椎体成形术具有明显的优势，能提供良好的麻醉效果，维持血流动力学稳定，减轻术后疼痛，降低并发症发生率，促进患者术后恢复。同时，该麻醉方式能够满足患者术中清醒的需求，患者在手术全程保持意识清醒状态，既可以随时与手术医生进行沟通，反馈自身感受，又便于医护人员在术中实时观察患者的神经功能状态和手术疗效。例如，在手术过程中，医生可以要求患者进行肢体活动，以此来判断手术操作是否对脊髓、神经造成影响，及时调整手术方案，从而大大提高了手术的安全性和精准性，为患者的治疗效果提供了更可靠的保障；值得在临床中进一步推广应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Intrathecal dissociative anesthesia shows significant advantages in orthopedic vertebroplasty. It can provide favorable anesthetic effects, maintain hemodynamic stability, relieve postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote patients' postoperative recovery. Meanwhile, this anesthesia method can meet the patients' need to stay awake during the operation, allowing them to remain conscious throughout the entire surgical process. This enables them to communicate with the surgeon at any time to feedback their feelings, and also facilitates medical staff to observe the patients' neurological function status and surgical efficacy in real-time during the operation. For example, during the operation, doctors can ask patients to perform limb movements to determine whether the surgical operation has an impact on the spinal cord or nerves, and adjust the surgical plan in a timely manner. This greatly improves the safety and accuracy of the operation, provides more reliable guarantee for the patients' treatment effect, and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Evaluation of Safety and Efficacy of Intrathecal Dissociative Anesthesia in Vertebroplasty for Elderly Orthopedic Patients Aged Over 60 Years To evaluate the safety and efficacy of intrathecal dissociative anesthesia in vertebroplasty for elderly orthopedic patients aged over 60 years, and to provide a scientific basis for the selection of clinical anesthesia regimens. A total of 60 elderly patients aged over 60 years who underwent orthopedic vertebroplasty in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025 were selected. They were divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method, with 40 cases in the observation group and 20 cases in the control group. The observation group received intrathecal dissociative anesthesia with low-concentration ropivacaine, while the control group received traditional local anesthesia. The anesthetic effect during surgery, hemodynamic indicators, postoperative pain intensity, incidence of complications, and postoperative recovery status were recorded and compared between the two groups. 

纳入标准：

1、年龄60~80岁 2、行椎体压缩性骨折椎体成型术 3、ASA Ⅰ-III级 4、BMI 18.5-26

Inclusion criteria

1.?Age: 60–80 years old; 2.?Undergoing vertebroplasty for vertebral compression fracture; 3.?ASA physical status classification: Ⅰ–Ⅲ; 4.?BMI: 18.5–26kg/m^2.

排除标准：

1、硬膜外麻醉禁忌症 2、交流困难，无法进行VAS评分者

Exclusion criteria：

1.?Contraindications to epidural anesthesia; 2.?Patients with communication difficulties who are unable to complete the VAS score.
