研究目的：

探讨AI聊天机器人（Chatbot）与叙事护理联合干预对急诊护士职业倦怠、焦虑抑郁及职业认同感的影响及效果分析。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Impact and Effectiveness of a Combined Intervention of AI Chatbots and Narrative Care on Occupational Burnout, Anxiety, Depression, and Professional Identity among Emergency Nurses

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.具有合法执业资格的注册护士； 2.目前正在急诊科工作的护士（包括但不限于抢救室、观察室、输液室等）； 3.同意参与研究并签署知情同意书; 4.使用标准化的职业倦怠评估工具（例如：MBI-HSS 马斯勒职业倦怠量表-人文服务版、CMBI 职业倦怠量表等），评估为存在职业倦怠或处于职业倦怠高风险状态； 5.自觉存在工作压力过大、情绪低落、工作热情下降、疲惫感等职业倦怠相关症状； 6.具备基本的信息技术操作能力，能够熟练使用智能手机或电脑进行文字交流。

Inclusion criteria

1. Registered nurses with valid professional qualifications; 2. Nurses currently working in the emergency department (including but not limited to the resuscitation room, observation room, infusion room, etc.); 3. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Use standardized occupational burnout assessment tools (e.g., MBI-HSS Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey, CMBI Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory) and be assessed as experiencing occupational burnout or at high risk of occupational burnout; 5. Subjectively experience burnout-related symptoms such as excessive work pressure, low mood, decreased work enthusiasm, and fatigue; 6. Have basic information technology skills and be proficient in using a smartphone or computer for text communication.

排除标准：

1.目前正在接受精神科治疗或服用精神类药物者； 2.诊断为严重抑郁症、焦虑症、双相情感障碍等精神疾病者； 3.有自杀或自伤倾向者； 4.近三个月内经历重大生活变故（例如：亲人离世、离婚、严重疾病等）； 5.近一个月内参加过类似的心理干预或培训项目。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals currently receiving psychiatric treatment or taking psychiatric medications; 2. Individuals diagnosed with severe mental illnesses such as major depression, anxiety disorder, or bipolar disorder; 3. Individuals with suicidal or self-harming tendencies; 4. Individuals who have experienced major life changes in the past three months (e.g., death of a loved one, divorce, serious illness, etc.); 5. Individuals who have participated in similar psychological interventions or training programs in the past month.
