研究目的：

本研究拟通过比较妇科腹腔镜手术中瑞马唑仑、丙泊酚维持麻醉对各个时间点的患者视神经鞘直径和经颅多普勒超声监测颅内压和脑血流的影响，评估不同麻醉方案对脑灌注的影响。观察和分析与传统麻醉药物相比，瑞马唑仑对术中血流动力学变化、术后恢复质量、术后并发症发生率的影响，改善患者围术期安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the effects of remimazolam and propofol maintenance anesthesia on optic nerve sheath diameter, intracranial pressure and cerebral blood flow monitored by transcranial Doppler ultrasound at different time points during gynecological laparoscopic surgery, and to evaluate the effects of different anesthesia regimens on cerebral perfusion. To observe and analyze the effects of remimazolam on intraoperative hemodynamic changes, postoperative recovery quality and incidence of postoperative complications compared with traditional anesthetic drugs, so as to improve the perioperative safety of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄：18 岁以上，65 岁以下； 2)接受腹腔镜妇科手术且ASA I-II级的患者； 3)手术时间大于 1 h 且小于 3 h； 4)签署知情同意书：所有参与者需签署正式的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: over 18 years old, under 65 years old; 2) ASA I-II patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecological surgery; 3) the operation time is more than 1 hour and less than 3 hours; 4) Signed informed consent: All participants signed formal informed consent.

排除标准：

1)受试者患有眼部相关疾病，如青光眼或者颅内病变； 2)受试者长期使用镇静/镇痛药物； 3)受试者在筛选前 3 个月内参加过其他临床研究； 4)受试者患有肝肾功能不全或者严重的心肺、血管、神经系统疾病。 5)术中临时更改手术方式为开腹或出现影响研究进程的意外情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1) subjects with ocular diseases such as glaucoma or intracranial lesions; 2) long-term use of sedatives/analgesics; 3) participants participated in other clinical research within 3 months before screening; 4) The subjects had liver and kidney dysfunction or severe cardiopulmonary, vascular, or nervous system diseases. 5) During the operation, the operation method was temporarily changed to open surgery or unexpected circumstances occurred that affected the study process.
