研究目的：

调查房颤患者导管消融术后6个月内的复诊依从性，影响复诊的因素，和与医生面对面复诊能否降低患者远期心血管不良事件发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the compliance of patients with atrial fibrillation in returning for follow-up visits within 6 months after catheter ablation, the factors influencing follow-up visits, and whether face-to-face follow-up visits with doctors can reduce the incidence of long-term adverse cardiovascular events in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次行导管消融的房颤患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing the first-time AF ablation procedure;

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁或＞80岁；
2.消融手术失败；
3.发生需要干预的手术并发症；
4.合并心血管疾病以外的需要定期到医院进行治疗的疾病，如肿瘤；
5.患者拒绝随访调查。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age < 18 years old or > 80 years old;
2.Failed ablation procedure；
3.Procedure complications requiring intervention occur;
4.Include diseases requiring regular hospital treatment other than cardiovascular diseases, such as tumors；
5.The patient declined to participate in the follow-up survey.
