研究中国代表性区域及少数民族地区母乳成分动态变化与婴儿生长发育的关系，具体包括： （1）探究中国不同地区母乳成分与低聚糖组分动态变化，充实中国特征母乳组分数据库，识别不同地区人群母乳营养特征； （2）了解我国不同地区纯母乳喂养婴儿营养状况及粪便中菌群、低聚糖特征和功能组分动态变化，为婴幼儿科学喂养提供依据； （3）探究不同地域、经济水平、营养等因素对中国母乳成分及婴幼儿生长发育与健康状况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the relationship between the dynamic changes of breast milk composition and infant growth and development in representative regions and minority areas of China, including: 1.To explore the dynamic changes of breast milk composition and oligosaccharides in different regions of China, enrich the database of breast milk components with Chinese characteristics, and identify the nutritional characteristics of breast milk in different regions. 2.To understand the nutritional status of exclusively breastfed infants and the dynamic changes of microflora, oligosaccharides and functional components in feces in different areas of China, so as to provide basis for scientific feeding of infants. 3.To explore the effects of different regions, economic level, nutrition and other factors on the composition of breast milk and the growth, development and health status of infants in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）单胎 （2）20周≤孕周≤27周+6天； （3）20周岁≤年龄≤40周岁； （4）母亲健康状况：无母乳喂养禁忌症； （5）母乳喂养意愿强烈，计划纯母乳喂养婴儿至少6个月； （6）产后体检、儿保召回生产医院进行诊断； （7）受试者或监护人签署知情同意书； （8）受试者为该市常住人口，承诺整个研究期间配合研究，愿意依据采样规范完成母乳样本、母亲血液、母婴粪便采集，填写健康与膳食调查问卷。

Inclusion criteria

1.Singleton. 2.20 weeks <=gestational weeks <=27 weeks + 6 days. 3.20 years old <=age <=40 years old. 4.Maternal health status: no breastfeeding contraindications. 5.The desire for breastfeeding is strong, and babies are planned to breastfeed exclusively for at least 6 months. 6.Postpartum physical examination and child protection were recalled to the production hospital for diagnosis. 7.The subject or guardian signs an informed consent form. 8.The subjects, the resident population of the city, promised to cooperate with the study during the whole study period, and were willing to complete the collection of breast milk samples, maternal blood and maternal and infant feces according to the sampling criteria, and fill in the health and dietary questionnaire.

排除标准：

（1）肝脏、肾脏及其他内分泌疾病；合并心、脑血管疾病及其他重要脏器功能障碍； （2）在孕期发生严重营养性或遗传性疾病、严重妊娠合并症和并发症等影响母乳喂养者； （3）生产后不在本院进行产后体检和儿保； （4）患者依从性较差，随访可能性差。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Liver, kidney and other endocrine diseases; complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other important organ dysfunction. 2.Breastfeeding is affected by severe nutritional or genetic diseases, severe pregnancy complications and complications during pregnancy. 3.Postpartum physical examination and child protection will not be carried out in our hospital after giving birth. 4.The compliance of patients is poor and the possibility of follow-up is poor.
